Menopause is a significant stage in a Muslim woman’s life, and understanding it through a holistic lens is essential for wellbeing. The aim of this course is to raise awareness of menopause, encourage open conversations, and break the stigma surrounding this natural life stage.

Drawing on medical expertise, the course explains what truly happens in the body during perimenopause and menopause. You will gain a clear understanding of hormonal changes, common symptoms, long-term health considerations, and the psychological impact many women experience. This knowledge empowers you to recognise what is normal, when to seek support, and how to advocate for your wellbeing with confidence.

In addition to medical understanding, the course provides clear Hanafi fiqh rulings for irregular bleeding, worship, and the transition into post-menopause, helping women maintain their religious obligations with confidence.

Complementing this is a focus on Islamic spirituality and holistic self-care, including practical strategies to improve health and wellbeing, reduce symptoms, strengthen the body, and support emotional resilience. Together, these elements create a comprehensive, faith-rooted guide for thriving through this important phase of life.
