Why This Course Matters

Islamic inheritance is one of the most precise and important areas of jurisprudence, yet it is widely misunderstood and avoided due to its complexity.

Many families face disputes after a death due to incorrect distribution of wealth and legal complications with wills.

Yet Allah has laid out a clear and just system in the Qur’an to protect families and ensure fairness.

This course is designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-life application.

The inheritance course aims to provide a strong understanding of the Islamic laws of inheritance and will focus on the underpinning philosophy of these laws.

This subject is commonly found to be difficult to comprehend and even if mastered is easily forgotten. This course will aim to make students proficient in calculating shares for legal heirs.

The course will combine theory and interactive exercises using traditional as well as contemporary methods of calculations.

Course Delivered in English.
