This course will help you gain clarity and understanding of how to differentiate between hayd and istihada. Salat, fasts, and many other sacred laws depend on whether the blood is hayd, nifas or istihada. The course will empower you to identify these different types of blood correctly.

It also provides a platform to network with other specialists for consultation and guidance. ‘Allama Ibn ‘Abidin’s commentary on Imam Birgivi’s detailed menstruation manual (Dhukhr al-Muta’ahhilin) will be fully covered, including the mutahayyira section.
It aims to provide a solid understanding of menstruation issues and is well-suited for those who have found the subject elusive and challenging to comprehend fully. Especially recommended for ‘alimas.
Access to over twenty-five 1.5-hour session recordings, practice questions, helpful charts and diagrams along with access to resources and the discussions from earlier classes. Teaching assistants are available to help and support all students throughout the course. There will be an exam at the end of the course.
