The inheritance course aims to provide a strong understanding of the Islamic laws of inheritance and will focus on the underpinning philosophy of these laws.
This subject is commonly found to be difficult to comprehend and even if mastered is easily forgotten. This course will aim to make students proficient in calculating shares for legal heirs.
The course will combine theory and interactive exercises using traditional as well as contemporary methods of calculations. The theory will not be taught from a particular textbook, as the purpose is to teach the subject and not a text.
