Many Muslim women sincerely strive to fulfil their religious obligations but often feel overwhelmed when navigating the fiqh of menstruation. Calculating habits, identifying different types of bleeding or discharge, and dealing with irregular cycles can be confusing—particularly when these matters directly affect acts of worship such as salat and fasting in Ramadan.

Without clear access to qualified scholarship or reliable guidance, women may find themselves anxious or unsure what to do. This course is designed to remove that confusion.

It provides clear, practical guidance on the rulings of menstruation, enabling students to approach their worship and daily lives with confidence, clarity, and understanding.
